We provide comprehensive cost estimates for all levels of design, from Blue Sky / Concept / Program Levels through 100% Construction Documents. We recognize that an estimate needs to be more than a compilation of numbers. An estimate needs to be a tool to inform decision making and project management. Our estimates are just that. We customize our estimate format to the needs of the client, to provide outstanding value.
Additionally, we provide cost reduction and value engineering suggestions, and evaluate which items can help achieve the projects financial goals, with the least impact to the project schedule.

We have a proven track record of successful Change Order Review and Negotiation. We start our evaluation with a determination of entitlement. Once that is established, we provide a detailed assessment of the change documents, which results in a fair market value and schedule impact. Finally, we manage negotiations to arrive at a acceptable settlement.

We understand that in many cases, disputes between parties are inevitable. Our philosophy is to initially mitigate any claim by proactive communication of issues, and resolution of these issues as quickly as the arise. We realize that this might not always be the case, and we can provide in-depth Claims Analysis for all disciplines.
