Evermore Orlando Resort is a massive, 1,100-acre tropical beach-style paradise located in Orlando, Florida. Conrad Orlando Hotel - 433 guestrooms and Spa, (3) Flats Buildings comprised of 4 Bedroom Condos, and the Landings Food Hall and Twin View Restaurant. The centerpiece of the entire resort is Evermore Bay, a stunning 8-acre man-made crystal-clear lagoon powered by Crystal Lagoons® and wrapped in a 20-acre private white-sand beach.

Aulani Resort is an 832 Unit Resort and Spa located on 21 Oceanfront acres in the Ko Olina resort community on the leeward coast of Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. A massive 8,200-square-foot pool complex containing a themed lazy river and two major waterslides (one body slide and one inner-tube rapids slide, : A private, 3,800-square-foot artificial saltwater snorkeling lagoon stocked with thousands of colorful tropical fish.

Paul Furey served as the Director of Planning and Design for The St. Joe Company, where he managed the budget and schedule of some of the most celebrated coastal developments in Northwest Florida. Paul developed programs, budgets and schedules, aligning master-planned visions with strict financial controls and milestones. He successfully steered these high-profile projects from concept to completion by maintaining direct oversight of complex multi-million dollar budgeting and aggressive fast-track scheduling.
